We’re happy to help!

Get help with Canvas questions and other technical support. If you’re a Launch student or a liaison at a Launch partner district and you have a tech-related question, we’re here to help!

  • Send an email to support@launchvirtuallearning.com. Launch support staff answers emails between 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday. Students can typically expect a response within half an hour.
  • Chat with tech support using the Tech Support button at the bottom of every Canvas page within your Launch course.
  • Call the Launch office at (417) 523-0417. The Launch office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Visit the Launch office at 1410 S. Kansas Expressway, Springfield MO from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
