Distributive Education Clubs of America

The DECA experience starts in the classroom as students learn business concepts in preparation for college and careers. Launch's DECA chapter helps students learn and elevate this business-minded classroom knowledge by connecting them to professionals in related fields, encouraging leadership development, and providing opportunities to compete in real-world business and marketing scenarios. Through conferences, competitions, and networking experiences, students build the skills, confidence, and connections needed for future success in business, entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality, and marketing careers.

Future Business Leaders of America

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) helps high school students prepare for careers in business through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs. Launch's FBLA chapter expands on these opportunities by connecting students with local business professionals, industry experiences, and like-minded peers who share an interest in leadership and entrepreneurship. Through competitions, workshops, networking events, and hands-on learning experiences, students develop practical skills, build confidence, and explore future career pathways in the business world.

Family, Career & Community Leaders of America

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) for students in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education in public and private schools through grade 12. FCCLA offers intra-curricular resources and opportunities for students to pursue careers that support families. Since 1945, FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers, and communities by addressing important personal, work, and societal issues through Family and Consumer Sciences education. Launch's FCCLA Chapter helps students make connections and exposes them to professionals in related fields.

Mission Statement
To promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education. Focusing on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner, and community leader, members develop skills for life through character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.

Future Farmers of America

Future Farmers of America (FFA) is a dynamic youth organization that changes lives and prepares members for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. FFA develops members’ potential and helps them discover their talent through hands-on experiences, which give members the tools to achieve real-world success. Members are future farmers, chemists, veterinarians, government officials, entrepreneurs, bankers, international business leaders, teachers, and premier professionals in many career fields. Launch's FFA Chapter is one of the first virtual FFA chapters in the nation and regularly has students compete and place at local and regional competitions.

Health Occupation Students of America

Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services, as well as several federal and state agencies. Launch's HOSA chapter provides students interested in healthcare careers with opportunities to develop leadership skills, expand their medical knowledge, and connect with healthcare professionals in the community. Through competitions, service projects, career exploration activities, and real-world experiences, students gain valuable insight into the healthcare field while building relationships with peers who share their passion for improving the health and well-being of others.

Student Leadership (STAR)

Launch STAR serves as Launch's student council (high school and middle school opportunities are available), providing students with opportunities to develop leadership skills while helping shape the culture and direction of the school community. Through planning events, leading service initiatives, representing student voices, and collaborating with staff and peers, STAR members play an active role in creating a positive and engaging school experience. Launch's STAR program empowers students to make meaningful contributions, build lasting connections, and grow as leaders both inside and outside the classroom.

National Honor Society

The Launch chapter of the National Honor Society is dedicated to empowering, championing and recognizing well-rounded virtual learners by elevating a culture of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. The Launch chapter of the National Honor Society is a proud affiliate of the organization that has been promoting student success for more than 100 years. The purpose of this NHS chapter is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate a desire to render service, promote worthy leadership, and encourage the development of character in Launch Virtual Learning secondary students. Membership in this chapter is an honor bestowed upon deserving students based on the criteria of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Once selected, members have the responsibility to continue to demonstrate these same qualities.

The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) of students engaged in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) courses and curriculum. Launch's TSA chapter's purpose is to help elevate these student interests and allow them to share expereinces and passions with like-minded peers, all while connecting them to real-world experiences in STEM-related industries and fields.

Mission Statement
The Technology Student Association enhances personal development, leadership, and career opportunities in STEM, whereby members apply and integrate those concepts through intracurricular activities, competitions, and related programs.
